Nastia Korkia is an independent filmmaker, based between Germany and France.

Her debut feature "Short summer" won Best Debut at Venice Film festival and received a Luigi de Laurentiis prize. Her previous documentaries and experimental works were screened at IDFA, Venice, Berlin Critics' Week, DOK Leipzig, True/False, Sheffield DocFest, among others.

She is a Berlinale Talents alumna and received her MFA from DocNomads Erasmus Program.
